Soy Glazed Salmon

1 lb Salmon, skin removed
2 C Soy Sauce
1 C Brown Sugar
½ C Veggie oil

Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate salmon for approximately 20 minutes.  Pan sear salmon to caramelize the soy glaze, approximately 3 minutes a side.  Finish cooking in the oven at 375 degrees until done (15 mins).
