Greek Style Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients:
2 ½ lbs Boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1” cubes
¼ C Minced garlic
¼ C Olive Oil
¼ C Lemon juice
2 Tbspns minced parsley
2 Tbspns minced thyme
2 Tbspns minced oregano
1 Tbspn ground coriander
1 Tbspn paprika
1 Tsp ground tumeric
1 Tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 Tsp saffron
1 Tbspn each S/P

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.  Grilled to preferred doneness.
