The "A Kosher Taste of Cleveland" event took place at the Congregation Shaarey Tikvah in Beachwood and featured meat/parve signature dishes prepared by many local chefs.

Along with Chef Carmen Paponetti, Chef Michael prepared a spicy pickled beet sushi with beet "caviar" and a cauliflower cous cous with a beet chip. It was entitled "Two Beets or not To Beets".
